Fred Stawitz

Stawitz is a national award-winning educator and writer. He is currently Principal, Technical Training and Regional OQ Program Coordinator, for Kinder Morgan, Inc., the third largest energy company in North America. He served as Training Manager and developed a skills-based training program for the United Space Alliance Ascent Flight Design Group, the prime contractor for the American space shuttle program. He developed training and compliance programs for Intergen, a Shell/Bechtel joint energy venture. He headed up the development of online technical training for El Paso Corporation, America's largest pipeline company. He has chaired national HR and safety conferences in the US and Canada inspiring stimulating discussions on the impact of the workplace environment on productivity, safety, employee engagement, training, and retention. He has been the featured guest on several television news/talk shows including CNN Headline News – Local Edition in Southern California and a PBS local affiliate special in Pennsylvania, and was quoted in a special U.S. Congressional Quarterly Report. He also President of StoryMakers, Inc. and coauthored the award-winning book "Homeboy's Soul: Pride, Terror & Street Justice in America" with the former leader of a violent L.A. County street gang.

Gary Lust

As a veteran recruiter and consultant with 25 years of experience in placing top candidates, Lust has interviewed thousands of individuals and has heard every reason for why people leave their jobs. He began his career in the area of business development for an international management consulting company. In 1987, he transitioned to talent acquisition and has maintained that focus ever since. In 2004, Lust expanded into the area of career and success coaching activities under Knights Vision and began publishing a newsletter providing valuable advice to clients and subscribers. He also is a popular speaker favored by groups organized in support of job seekers. Lust excelled in intercollegiate debate and pursued studies with a concentration on psychology at Olivet Nazarene University.
